Need Underwriter, origination for commercial real estate

• Candidates should have good experience working in commercial mortgage & commercial real estate.
• End to end real estate experience (Domain).
• End to end underwriting experience.
• Experience in rent / sales comp., loan to value, spreads, mark to market implication, market details.
• Mandatory :  Loan pre-screening and memos, cash flow memos.
• University / Education Background : Tap Top B schools, CFA or CA candidates
• Target US Market
