Job descriptionWork with the Product Owner to communicate the product vision, roadmap, and MVP to the Agile team. Collaborate with Pod Leadership and Product Owner to create Personas, Story Maps, and Release Plans. Facilitate refinement sessions and Sprint Reviews to incorporate customer insights into the Product Backlog. Continuously improve the Systems Analyst function, standards, and processes within Global Technology.
Job Requirements :
- Agile mindset with in-depth understanding of Agile principles.
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst in an Agile team using tools like JIRA or TFS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated requirements gathering skills, including capturing customer needs and business drivers.
