Job descriptionCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
