Job description5–9 years of experience in Salesforce development Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components Expert-level knowledge of Apex classes , triggers , batch jobs , and schedulers Experience with regression testing , test automation, and debugging Solid understanding of Salesforce data model , security model , and governor limits Familiarity with Salesforce DX , Git , and CI / CD pipelines Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies Exposure to tools like JIRA , Bitbucket , or Jenkins Knowledge of declarative tools like Process Builder , Flow , and Validation Rules
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer with 5–9 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Apex programming , and Trigger development , along with a strong understanding of regression testing and deployment best practices. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using LWC , Apex , and Triggers
- Perform regression testing to ensure system stability and validate new features
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize and refactor existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation
