Associate - Client Experience

Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships. Develop a deep understanding of your clients' business, brand, and industry. Translate client needs into clear creative briefs for our internal teams (creative, strategy, media). Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple versatile projects simultaneously. Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and status calls with confidence. Work with the strategy team to develop social media calendars, campaign plans, and performance reports. Analyze campaign performance data (e.G., engagement rates, conversion metrics) and provide insightful recommendations to clients. Ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard. Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
