This role is about empowering users - giving them the ability to shape, configure, and evolve their own workflows and frameworks on the go. You'll partner with product and engineering to design systems that are intuitive yet flexible, structured yet adaptable.

What You'll Build, Shape, and Lead :

• Lead with Vision – Guide a team of product designers across geographies and product lines. Set goals, shape culture, and partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, and Growth to define the next chapter of SaaS Labs design.
• Champion the User – Establish a clear design strategy rooted in deep user understanding. Turn insights into intuitive, delightful experiences that unlock real product value.
• Design for Impact – Drive the end-to-end design process across our suite of SaaS products — from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals — ensuring consistency, usability, and scale across platforms.
• Build, Mentor, and Elevate – Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing design team. Foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, and collaboration that pushes the craft forward.
• Lead Research & Strategy – Conduct and guide research initiatives to uncover user needs, define key insights, and inform product direction.
• Unify & Systematize – Build scalable design systems that promote visual harmony, accessibility, and speed of execution across multiple products.
• Document & Share Knowledge – Create a culture of writing and transparency. Maintain design playbooks that capture rationale, iterations, and best practices for every major product feature or change.
• Shape the Design Culture – Champion design excellence at SaaS Labs — from process and principles to experimentation and thought leadership across the organization.
