Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US healthcare market.
- Explain company services clearly and confidently to prospects.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM regularly.
- Meet daily / weekly call and lead targets.
- Follow up on warm leads and ensure strong client communication.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (US process preferred).Strong spoken English with a neutral or US accent.Familiarity with healthcare / medical billing domain is a plus.Ability to handle objections and communicate professionally.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organised.Preferred Qualifications
