Job descriptionSource, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for Law firms, Corporate Legal departments, Government agencies and other organizations that require Legal expertise. Legal Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening and placing Legal talent from Paralegals and Legal assistants to Attorneys and Legal executives. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role. Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases such as Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social media platforms, and other professional networks. Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline through the Application Tracking System. Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors or Masters (Law)
- Fresher's are eligible to apply
- Familiarity with the practice areas such as Corporate Law, Litigation, IP, Real Estate etc.
