Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Coordinator role located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as processing orders, managing customer relationships, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing exemplary customer service. Additionally, the role involves communicating effectively with clients and ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Inside Sales and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience with Order Processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
