Operations Coordinator

Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Coordinator to manage and elevate the performance of our existing promoter team stationed across the Hyderabad Metro. This is a highly active, field-intensive role that requires the majority of your time to be spent on the ground, not in an office. You will be responsible for traveling to various metro stations daily to directly supervise promoter activities, ensure operational excellence, and drive the team to meet their sales and user acquisition targets. You are the eyes and ears of Billeasy within the Hyderabad Metro network.

Responsibilities :

• Spend a significant portion of the workday on-field, traveling between different metro stations to directly oversee promoter activities, provide real-time coaching, and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the team maintains a high standard of professionalism, brand representation, and customer interaction at all times.
• Closely monitor and track the daily performance of each promoter, focusing on key metrics such as the number of promotions completed, user acquisitions, and ticket sales.
• Assess the skills of the promoter team in a live environment to identify and address training needs effectively.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with Hyderabad Metro officials and station staff for seamless on-ground collaboration.
