Job descriptionPerform firewall policy and rule changes (e.g., server access, port openings). Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly backups of all devices. Raise support tickets and Change Request Forms (CRFs). Implement validated CRF rule changes under supervision. Monitor and manage incidents related to : Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) Endpoint EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) Email Security with sandbox solutions Onboard new devices and machines onto the Endpoint Protection Platform. Perform daily operational tasks, solution health checks, and endpoint deployment coordination. Monitor signature update status on endpoints and generate daily status reports. Firewall Administration (Check Point / Palo Alto) Endpoint Protection / EDR Network & Email Security Incident & Change Management Ticketing Tools (CRF & Support Ticket Handling) Total Experience Relevant Experience Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Are you willing to relocate to Nagpur? Confirm 6 Days Working and 24 / 7 Support Availability
