💼 Experience : Minimum 3 Years

🎓 Qualification : BE / B.Tech

🕒 Employment Type : Full-time (6 Days Working | 24 / 7 Support)

🧾 Job Responsibilities :

• Monitoring of Security Devices :
• Regularly monitor Check Point and Palo Alto Firewalls and other security appliances.
• Firewall Policy Management :
• Perform firewall policy and rule changes (e.g., server access, port openings).
• Backup Management :
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly backups of all devices.
• L1 Support Operations :
• Raise support tickets and Change Request Forms (CRFs) .
• Implement validated CRF rule changes under supervision.
• Incident Management :
• Monitor and manage incidents related to :
• Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW)
• Endpoint EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response)
• Email Security with sandbox solutions
• Device Onboarding :
• Onboard new devices and machines onto the Endpoint Protection Platform .
• Operational Support :
• Perform daily operational tasks , solution health checks , and endpoint deployment coordination .
• Monitor signature update status on endpoints and generate daily status reports .
