Role : Customer Success – SaaS
Location : Bangalore / Pune
Compensation : Up to ₹10 LPA
What you’ll do :
- Support customers post-onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of SaaS products
- Handle day-to-day queries and provide timely resolutions
- Educate customers on features, best practices, and product updates
- Track customer health, usage, and feedback to improve satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience
What we’re looking for :
1–3 years of experience in Customer Success / Support / Account Coordination (SaaS preferred but not mandatory)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsEmpathy and patience in handling customer needsAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-growing SaaS environment
