▷ (Urgent) Technical Program Manager

Position : Technical Program Manager

Experience Range : 5 to 8 yrs

Job Location : Bangalore

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Required experience and skills :

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, with the ownership of end-to-end delivery of the projects.
• At least 1 year of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-facing experience with good communication.
• Experience coordinating with the clients, gather requirements, being SPOC for all the projects under the program.
• Experience managing documentation for projects in a regulated industry following GDP.
• Experience using project management methodologies (such as Agile) and tools (such as JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience preparing status reports and decks for the leadership and client presentations.
• Experience in people management and performance reviews of the team.
• Ability to keep the team motivated and create an amicable environment to nurture innovation using latest technologies to achieve the project / product milestones.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks / requests and juggle between priorities for the projects.
• Ability to understand high-level product architecture, experience working closely with technical teams.
