Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, process-driven business operation Manager to lead Royal Brothers’ multi city operations across India. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in fleet operations, process design, and customer experience management to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence at scale.

This role is built around execution, accountability, and systemization — creating and enforcing robust SOPs for every operational touchpoint : fleet readiness, turnaround time, customer delivery, maintenance, and on-ground service quality. You will own the complete customer journey post-booking — ensuring every ride experience is smooth, every city functions at defined service levels, and every operational task is executed within measurable timelines. The goal is to make Royal Brothers a benchmark in reliability and rider satisfaction through data-backed decision-making, process control, and continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities

1. Operations Execution & City Management

• Oversee city-level operations — daily fleet management, servicing, logistics, and manpower allocation.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for city managers; track KPIs on utilization, uptime, and cost metrics.
• Establish a central command dashboard to monitor live operational performance.
