Job Summary

As a Track Lead focused on Support & Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in Active Directory will enable you to ensure effective team performance and client satisfaction while fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.

(1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Implementing Best Practices In Active Directory Management To Improve Reporting Accuracy And Streamline User Access Processes.

2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Is Effectively Utilizing Active Directory Capabilities To Meet Service Level Agreements And Client Expectations.

3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams By Providing Guidance On Active Directory Implementations And Configurations, Ensuring Clear Communication Of Project Goals And Objectives.

4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Active Directory Features And Functionalities That Support Process Development And Enhance Organizational Efficiency.

5. Provide Tailored Active Directory Solutions That Address Customer Needs And Align With Business Objectives, Ensuring Optimal System Performance And User Satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Knowledge Of Active Directory Architecture, Management, And Troubleshooting.

2. Strong Understanding Of Operational Processes And Performance Metrics In Support Environments.

3. Excellent Leadership And Mentoring Skills To Empower Team Members.

4. Proficiency In Problem-Solving And Analytical Thinking To Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

Certification

1. Itil Certification Is Optional But Valuable For This Role.

2. Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate Is Recommended.
