Donor Retention Trainee / Officer - Retail Fundraising

Job Description

• To generate new leads through various channels like LinkedIn, Digital Marketing, Events, Workshops, and Donor Referrals for acquiring potential donors.
• To contact donors (via calls, emails, in-person meetings, etc.) and explain WWF India's work clearly and interestingly.
• To keep the existing and new donors engaged by maintaining consistent communication and building long-term relationships by following the donor journey for both acquisition and retention donors.
• To convert, retain, and upgrade the existing donor database to maximize the retention ratio.
• Assist the Key Donor team in planning donor activities and collaborating with internal teams on creative communication for key donors.

Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA from any recognized University. Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them. Highly performance oriented and ability to work in a team. Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF-India's work. Public Speaking skills / BD experience. Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks. Sales background / Tele communication Background.
