Job Summary :
Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure, with a deep focus on Microsoft-centric technologies. This includes Wintel server administration, virtualization via Hyper-V, cloud services via Azure, endpoint management via Intune and SCCM, and productivity tools via O365 / M365.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, and manage virtual machines and clusters on Hyper-V
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and backup / recovery operations
- Lead high-availability and disaster recovery initiatives using Hyper-V Replica and Failover Clustering
- Manage user accounts, licenses, mail flow, retention policies, and compliance settings
- Handle identity federation and single sign-on using AAD Connect and hybrid Active Directory
- Configure and deploy Windows Autopilot for endpoint provisioning
- Monitor compliance policies, MDM (Mobile Device Management), and MAM (Mobile Application Management)
- Manage Azure AD, RBAC, VMs, storage accounts, VPN gateways, and networking
- Implement and support Azure IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud solutions
- Oversee software deployment, patch management, OS deployment (OSD), and endpoint health using SCCM
- Manage IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and security hardening
- Ensure infrastructure complies with internal and external security standards (ISO, GDPR, etc.)
