Partnership and Outreach Junior Associate

Experience : Freshers / Recent Graduates

Are you a confident communicator with a flair for coordination and relationship-building? Ardent Co. is looking for a Partnership & Outreach Associate to support client-focused and internal outreach activities. This role is a mix of outreach and business development.

60% PARTNERSHIPS and Event Outreach

40% working with BD lead on prospective business outreach

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with podcast hosts, event organizers, and media platforms to secure speaker opportunities for clients and Ardent Co.

Outreach to industry, civil society, and corporates for partnerships.

Idea and plan campaigns and special programs for clients

Support planning of high-level events and engagements

Maintain stakeholder databases and follow-ups

Who Can Apply :

Recent graduates in Public Policy, Journalism, Mass Communication, Political Science, Business, or related fields.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Proactive, organized, and confident in external outreach

Basic familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and email writing
