Job descriptionEnsure timely and accurate underwriting of high-value corporate finance cases. Strengthen due diligence and credit review mechanisms for the assigned area. Improve efficiency through training and development of the credit team. Drive credit program enhancements aligned with local market requirements.
Role Responsibilities :
- Underwrite and approve corporate finance proposals while ensuring adherence to credit policy.
- Supervise credit appraisals, disbursement authorizations, and PDD compliance.
- Lead and coach a team of credit officers to maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquencies.
- Coordinate with recovery teams, vendors, and senior management for risk mitigation and process optimization.
