Job Description
Coordination & Follow-up : Track daily updates from software, purchase, and operations teams; maintain task trackers and follow up for closures; escalate blockers or dependencies promptly.
Client Communication Support : Draft replies and clarifications for client queries under guidance; maintain a log of client communications and follow-ups.
Data & Documentation : Maintain daily and weekly MIS reports; prepare PowerPoint summaries, Excel trackers, and documentation as required.
Issue Tracking : Log glitches / bugs reported by users or clients and track their resolution with the software team; follow up on order completion and delivery updates.
Public / Stakeholder Interface : Handle basic queries from stakeholders, or public representatives and escalate complex issues.
Requirements
Skills Required :
Good communication (English & Tamil preferred)
Basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Understanding of mobile apps or web portals
Quick learner, organized, and willing to travel occasionally (if required to GCC office or vendor sites)
