• This role requires a qualified Company Secretary (with membership) and LL.B. to manage secretarial and FEMA compliances for private limited companies and LLPs.
• Responsibilities include conducting board and annual general meetings, drafting minutes, and filing statutory forms on time.
• The candidate will also draft and review various legal agreements such as lease, franchisee, and e-commerce contracts. Additionally, they will handle intellectual property matters and coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders to support business operations effectively.
