We’re Hiring : HR Recruiter

Location : Vashi( Navi Mumbai)

Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 + Performance Incentives( Depends upon last drawn and Exp)

Working Days : 6 days / week

Hybrid Mode / Remote and Work From Office Available

About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter / Associate Partners / HR Interns / Full Timer or Part timer to join our team! You will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers

Source candidates via job portals, references, social media, and databases

Conduct telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability

Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback

Maintain candidate records, trackers, and reports

Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires

Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets

Key Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in interacting with candidates

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Understanding of recruitment lifecycle

Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
