Responsibilities
- Build & nurture powerful networks of senior talent in consumer tech.
- Partner directly with the CEO & CXOs to spot leadership gaps and close them fast.
- Use multiple channels – networks, referrals, head-hunters, and AI-driven tools – to stay ahead of the curve.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand.
- Track what works, kill what doesn’t, and deliver outcomes, not excuses.
