With a strong presence in India’s D2C and marketplace ecosystem, we’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to scale our performance on Amazon & Flipkart.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an E-commerce Ads Associate who will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads to drive sales, improve visibility, and achieve performance targets. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with marketplace advertising.

Responsibilities :

• Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns on Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Flipkart PLA / PPH campaigns .
• Manage campaign budgets, keyword bidding, and targeting to achieve platform KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CVR, ACoS).
• Allocate SKU-level budgets to maximize sales of priority products and ensure efficient scaling.
• Track daily campaign metrics — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, and ACoS / TACoS.
• Analyze keyword- and product-level performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor organic vs. paid share , ad rank, SERP position, and share of voice to guide improvements.
• Build and refine keyword strategies — branded, generic, competitor, and long-tail keywords.
• Plan monthly budgets aligned with sale events, promotions, deal periods, and new launches.
• Ensure correct creatives, copies, and ASIN / SKU mapping for all ad formats.
• Test new ad types, beta features, and experiments to enhance efficiency and scale.
• Create and maintain daily / weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
