Role Description :
The role involves leading and delivering Treasury Transformation initiatives within Capco's Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation and Finance (FRRF) capability. The candidate will work with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CROs, and Group Treasurers to design and implement Treasury strategies, operating models, and regulatory changes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients and deliver transformation across Treasury functions.
- Support CFOs, CROs, ALCO, and Group Treasurers in areas such as :
- Balance sheet management and optimization
- ICAAP / ILAAP / RRP / RAF processes
- Capital & liquidity optimization strategies
- Treasury process automation and digital transformation
- Implement regulatory frameworks : Basel, Solvency II, PRA, FCA, EBA.
- Conduct treasury benchmarking, process improvements, and IT strategy initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle — from requirements to implementation.
- Lead change management, resource planning, governance, and risk mitigation.
- Liaise with technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to practice growth through business development and solution design.
- Drive thought leadership and client engagement campaigns.
Skills & Expertise Required :
Strong experience in Treasury, Risk, and Finance Transformation .Understanding of treasury processes such as capital management, liquidity management, IRRBB, stress testing, and balance sheet optimization.Knowledge of key treasury metrics (LCR, NSFR, leverage ratio, capital ratios, etc.).Experience in implementing regulatory changes (Basel, Solvency II, FCA, PRA).Project management and business analysis expertise (Agile, PMI, or Prince2 preferred).Experience with Treasury IT systems, automation, and process modeling.Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.Treasury certifications such as CFA, FRM, BTRM, ACT, CIMA, ACCA, ACA preferred.For Senior-Level (M4 / M5) Candidates :
Lead a team of consultants; mentor and coach junior staff.Drive solution development and proposition enhancement.Lead RFP responses and manage pursuit activity.Contribute to business growth, account management, and client relationship building.Demonstrate leadership in thought and delivery across treasury transformation engagements.Apply on [HIDDEN TEXT]
