Responsibilities

- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
7-15 years of experience in a professional kitchen specializing in coastal South Indian cuisine.Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary South Indian cooking techniques.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Excellent palate and creativity in food presentation.Strong communication and team collaboration skills.Experience in menu planning and cost control.Skills Required
