Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Dadar, Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional service to all clients. CTC - 3,00,000 (Non-Negotiable).
