Job Title : Test Consultant / Testing Manager with Project Management Experience

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Test Consultant with a solid background in Quality Assurance and Project Management to support high-impact Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) and government technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual, automation, and performance testing, with the ability to lead QA efforts and coordinate across multiple stakeholders in complex public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance & Testing :

• Lead QA activities for DPI platforms across API, web, and mobile interfaces.
• Design and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project goals.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, automation, and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and CI / CD pipelines.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of test cases, defect logs, and reports.
• Maintain traceability between test cases and business / technical requirements.
