• 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management (preferably v7.6 or later).
• Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Maximo modules (Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
• Develop and maintain workflows, escalations, automation scripts, and BIRT reports.
• Perform system administration tasks including user setup, security groups, domains, and cron jobs.
• Participate in Maximo implementations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, web services, and middleware for integrations.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Jython).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective Maximo solutions.
• Create documentation, user manuals, and deliver end-user training.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments (IBM Maximo Application Suite on AWS / Azure) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field; IBM Maximo certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
