Senior BI Developer - Power BI

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Developer to design and deliver enterprise-level business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for building scalable BI models, reports, and dashboards that drive accurate, timely, and actionable insights across regions and business units.

This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, data engineering, and data modelling teams to ensure BI solutions are business-aligned, semantically consistent, and compliant with governance standards. You will also mentor junior BI developers and contribute to best practices across BI initiatives.

Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years of BI development experience, including 3+ in a senior / lead role.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (mandatory); additional tools like Tableau are a plus .
• Advanced SQL and experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred).
• Solid knowledge of data modelling principles (dimensional, Data Vault, semantic layers).
• Experience in BI governance, metadata management, and lineage .
• Familiarity with Snowflake features (streams, tasks, dynamic tables).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Analytics, or related field.
