Your Role

Monitor Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) platforms and online portals to ensure compliance, security, and optimal performance.

Analyze data and trends to detect anomalies and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Collaborate with IT, security, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Generate regular reports on monitoring activities, findings, and corrective actions.

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital monitoring and cybersecurity.

Recommend enhancements to digital monitoring processes and tools.

Your Profile

4 to 8 years of experience in digital monitoring or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with digital monitoring tools and software.
