Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their career development, managing student applications, offering career advice, and conducting individual and group counseling sessions. The role also involves helping students navigate the study abroad process and collaborating with universities and recruitment partners to ensure the best outcomes for students.

• Career Counseling and Student Counseling skills
• Experience in Career Development and Career Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment and application management tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in an educational or counseling role is a plus
