Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor, located in Ahmedabad. The Career Counselor will engage with students to provide guidance on career paths, development, and management. This includes conducting individual and group counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars. The role involves assessing students&apos abilities and interests, providing resources, and aiding in the job placement process.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Career Counseling and Career Development techniques
• Experience in Career Management and Student Counseling
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Counseling, Education Sales, or related field
• Experience in an academic or educational setting is a plus
