About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and personable Nurse Coordinator to join our growing this role youll be responsible for engaging with registered nurses acting as a bridge between our staffing company and talented clinical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect and build relationships with registered nurses for placement opportunities within our network of US healthcare facilities.
• Act as the main point of contact for nurses-address their questions collect required documentation and guide them through the on boarding process.
• Coordinate interviews orientation and training sessions for prospective nursing candidates.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of nurse profiles availability and compliance records.
• Clearly communicate job roles assignment expectations and company benefits to candidates.
• Liaise with client healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and match suitable nursing professionals.
• Foster a supportive and communicative environment for both new and experienced nurses.
