Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end design and development of new robotic products , components, and sub-systems
- Define and implement technology strategies for next-generation robotics solutions
- Provide mechanical engineering leadership in areas such as kinematics, dynamics, and tolerance analysis
- Oversee design for manufacturability and assembly (DFM / DFA) to ensure cost-effective and scalable production
- Drive performance through robust engineering calculations and simulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration
- Evaluate current product lines to identify opportunities for design enhancement, cost optimization, and performance improvement
- Use CAD and mechanical design tools to develop prototypes and production-ready models
- Manage NPD projects from concept through to production, including timelines, resource planning, and quality standards
- Mentor and lead a team of engineers to ensure innovation, compliance, and delivery excellence
