HotBot Studios - Project Manager - Agile - International Markets

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full project lifecycle for IT service and development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders from the US and Australia, often during early morning hours.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Use Azure DevOps and JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and task assignment.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to clients and internal leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, team performance, and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and change requests effectively.
• Ensure all project documentation, including SOWs, timelines, and release notes, is maintained and updated.
• Come to the office regularly and coordinate with onsite teams for delivery alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and JIRA is mandatory.
• Strong background in software development projects, preferably with direct delivery involvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with C-level clients.
• Proven experience in creating and presenting reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
• Qualification - MBA
• Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience working with international clients, especially in North America and Australia.
