Processing

• Order Setup : Open new loan files in the Loan Origination System (LOS) and ensure accurate data entry.
• Document Collection : Gather borrower’s initial application, credit report, income, assets, and property documentation.
• Appraisal Management : Order and track appraisals to validate property value and condition.
• VOE & VOD Requests : Obtain Verification of Employment and Verification of Deposit.
• Document Follow-Up : Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties to obtain outstanding or missing documentation.
• File Assembly : Organize all required documents systematically for underwriting submission.
• Pre-Underwriting Review : Conduct a thorough review for accuracy, completeness, and potential red flags.
• File Submission : Deliver processed and validated loan files to underwriting.
