Counselling Team Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring : Team Leader – Counselling Department | Chandigarh University

Location : Mohali (On-site)

Work Mode : Full-time | Day Shift | 6 Days Working

Salary : Up to ₹40,000 per month

Chandigarh University is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage our Tele-Counsellor Inside Sales Team . If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in student counselling / sales, we want to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound).
• Drive admission targets and ensure revenue growth.
• Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates.
• Handle shrinkage, attrition , and team productivity.
• Ensure exceptional counselling experience for students & parents.
• Prepare daily / weekly reports and ensure process compliance.
