Salesforce Lead

Summary : Salesforce Lead Developer will lead our team in the design, development, and implementation of a customized Salesforce Service Cloud solution. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, as well as experience with integration tools and techniques. The Lead Developer will be responsible for managing the development team, ensuring code quality, and providing technical guidance to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Experience : 9+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Licenses or Certifications : Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, PreferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities : Expert experience with Apex.Expert experience Visualforce Pages.Expert experience with Lightning Web Components.Experience designing and developing Salesforce Sites implementations.Experience implementing SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and Bulk APIs.Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, including APIs and middleware.Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or other Salesforce products.Experience with Salesforce DX and Salesforce CLI.Experience with version control systems such as Azure DevOps, Git and SVN.Adaptability, learn and adopt new technologyAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environmentEffective time management and organizational skillsWork independently as well as in a team environmentMaintain confidentialityIf you feel you have the necessary skill sets and are passionate about the job, please send your profile to
