To support our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our IT Applications Delivery team in our India offices. This role will focus on advanced Force.com platform development, delivering high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions in partnership with global teams and US-based stakeholders. The position is based in Chennai, India. This position is based out of one of the offices of our affiliate Acqueon Technologies in India, and will adopt the hybrid work arrangements of that location. You will be a member of the Acqueon team with responsibilities supporting Five9 products, collaborating with global teammates based primarily in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver robust and scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and CPQ Clouds using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver production-quality code that meets performance and security standards.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Business Analysts, and Delivery Leaders to design, build, and launch high-impact solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications via REST / SOAP APIs and iPaaS platforms such as Workato.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery of prioritized work.
• Conduct peer code reviews and support team-wide standards around secure development, test coverage, and documentation.
• Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and development tooling to drive delivery efficiency and quality.
• Actively participate in solution architecture discussions and ongoing platform enhancements.
