• Review of all breakdown in Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Review of the Planned maintenance & other activities in the plan
• Review of the Target status, Maintenance inventory, incoming material quality &developments.
• Training to the concerned employees for handling problem / breakdown.
• Support in maintain maintenance parameter & budget
• Department budget & MIS preparation
• Department capex and new requirement review.
• New development
• Control all parameter of Dept. goal & action review as and when required
