Sr Associate - II (Application Architect)

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and define technical requirements and constraints.
• Architect robust, scalable, and adaptable software solutions aligned with current and future business objectives.
• Develop and present architectural blueprints, diagrams, and detailed documentation to communicate design principles and system flow.
• Provide strategic technical guidance and mentorship to development teams during solution design and implementation phases.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement suitable technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance solution performance and maintainability.
• Identify potential architectural risks and design proactive mitigation strategies to ensure system stability and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture design, coding standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Database Administrators, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular code and design reviews to ensure consistency with architectural guidelines and high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, architectural methodologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance organizational architecture standards.
