Job descriptionPartnering with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs and requirements. Leading efforts to enhance and optimize business processes and systems throughout the organization. Analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements or automation solutions. Creating and updating detailed functional documents, including user stories and use cases. Organizing and leading workshops, interviews, and discussions to clarify expectations and requirements. Translating business needs into actionable technical specifications for the development teams. Evaluating potential technology solutions, recommending options that align with business objectives. Collaborating with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure the success of projects. Designing visual representations of business processes, such as flowcharts and data models. Conducting in-depth data analysis to provide insights that inform business decisions. Overseeing user acceptance testing to validate that solutions meet business criteria. Offering training and guidance to end-users during and post system implementation. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continually refine business analysis approaches.
