Job Description :
- Team Building : Responsible for recruiting and building a high-performing sales team by leveraging your personal and professional network.
- Training & Motivation : Provide continuous training, mentorship, and motivation to team members to enhance their sales skills and achieve individual and team targets.
- Business Development : Organize and coordinate sales visits, client meetings, and promotional activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Performance Development : Develop team members' skills and capabilities to help them grow professionally and increase business productivity.
- Meetings & Reporting : Conduct regular weekly and monthly meetings to review team performance, discuss challenges, and implement action plans for improvement.
- Target Management : Monitor sales targets, track progress, and ensure team achieves or exceeds sales goals.
Required Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance.Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.Skills Required
