About The Role

As a Product Development Manager, you will be part of a whip-smart team responsible for driving and building innovative products to support growth and increase revenue business metrics for a particular destination.

This is a high-impact role, where you will be responsible for the growth and success of the destination / category. The role encompasses managing critical metrics such as orders, GMV, and NPS, with the support of cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue, and operations

What will you be doing :

Strategic Initiatives

• Managing the entire product life cycle for your destination from planning to execution.
• Building holiday product portfolio roadmap for geographical region / travel themes by understanding the latent demand.
• Creating holiday travel products based upon consumer insights / needs, which would include various critical aspects like experience sought, average spending capacity, food and travel preferences etc.
• Defining destination product vision and strategy and source market opportunities.
• Owning destination revenue roadmap basis price benchmarking and cost optimization through supply advantage.

Qualification & Experience

A master's degree from a reputed institute, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in managing a category within internet / e-commerce / travel organizations or a similar role.
