Role Overview

We are seeking a

Affiliate Manager

to join our growing team. This is a

full-time remote position

where you will be responsible for

onboarding, managing, and scaling affiliate and publisher partnerships .

Your role will be critical in expanding our partner ecosystem, optimizing affiliate performance, and ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. You’ll serve as the bridge between Xamp Media and our affiliate partners, driving growth through collaboration, performance insights, and proactive management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and nurture

new affiliates and publishers into Xamp’s partner network.

Manage day-to-day

affiliate communications, support, and relationship building .

Monitor affiliate performance,

analyze data, and optimize campaigns

for ROI and scale.

Ensure affiliates comply with

company policies, campaign guidelines, and quality standards .

Negotiate deals, payouts, and incentives to build

profitable, long-term partnerships .

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to align affiliate growth with client objectives.

Proactively address issues such as traffic quality, compliance, and performance dips.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor activities in the

affiliate marketing ecosystem .

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as an

Affiliate Manager, Publisher Manager, or in Performance Marketing .

Strong

relationship-building and negotiation

skills.

Excellent

analytical skills

with the ability to interpret traffic and performance data.

Familiarity with

affiliate tracking platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Affise, Singular, etc.) .

Knowledge of

digital marketing channels

(mobile, in-app, OEM, influencer, programmatic).

Ability to work

independently and remotely

while managing multiple accounts.

Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Marketing, or related field

preferred.
