Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a HubSpot CRM Technical Assistant. The role involves managing and optimizing the HubSpot CRM platform, including implementing integrations, maintaining accurate customer information, generating insights through data analysis, and supporting sales and customer engagement initiatives. The individual will also provide technical assistance to team members, troubleshoot CRM-related issues, and ensure seamless communication between teams to optimize customer relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and analyze CRM data effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and provide technical support
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and proficiency in HubSpot CRM software
  • Sales acumen and the ability to provide actionable insights that contribute to business growth
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, on-site team environment
  • Preferred qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field and prior experience in CRM or database management
