Digital Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Digital Projects Coordinator to act as a bridge between our departments — managing website development, CRM upgrades, and digital process improvements across the Santamonica Group.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, and Academics) for website updates and CRM enhancements.
• Conduct and document team meetings to identify feature upgrades, user requirements, and improvements.
• Liaise with external developers, designers, and tech vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor website functionality, performance, and content consistency.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align campaigns and ensure technical readiness.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management review.
