Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Email Marketing!

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst Email Marketing, focused on marketing automation, to join the client's Global Marketing Team. The position will be in our Mumbai office. The individual will be the primary owner of the day-to-day responsibilities in Eloqua, including editing, reviewing and sending external emails, email analytics and the management of the email team. The prospective candidate should have relevant years of experience in marketing automation, with specific skillsets in Eloqua.

The individual will collaborate with the client and report to the Marketing Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• .Manage the firm's marketing automation platform, Eloqua, for email campaigns, website tracking, form creation and analytics
• .Oversee day-to-day execution and quality control for global email marketing campaigns
• .Consistently analyse day-to-day campaigns, compare metrics, connect with team on a monthly basis to communicate results / best practices
• .Operate as email marketing consultant to all BU marketers and provide daily technical expertise in the development and execution of global email marketing campaigns with consistent communication
• .Manage the daily email marketing queue and calendar and be able to quickly adapt to new priorities and shifts in schedules
• .Collaborate with other digital channel function teammates on regular basis to meet campaign timelines and goals
• .Provide continued automation best practices to the global Marketing team
• .Good to have : Knowledge of integration of Eloqua with other platforms, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, On24, GTW and more
