Job Description

We are seeking a MAWM Consultant – Configurator & Integration Specialist with proven expertise in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) . The role involves configuration, implementation, and integration of MAWM in enterprise warehouse and supply chain environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring MAWM workflows and ensuring successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and implement MAWM modules as per business and warehouse requirements.

Participate in requirement gathering, system design, configuration, integration, and deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth MAWM rollout and integration with ERP / WMS / host systems.

Provide troubleshooting and support for MAWM configurations and integrations.

Document system configurations, workflows, and technical processes.

Contribute to proactive improvements and best practices in MAWM usage.

Qualification & Certification

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain related field.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with MAWM configuration and implementation.

Strong understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, slotting, order fulfillment).

Knowledge of integration strategies with ERP, WCS, or host systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Proactive knowledge and hands-on experience with MAWM optimizations.

Exposure to multi-site or multi-country MAWM / WMS implementations.

Experience with SQL, APIs, and WMS integration.

Familiarity with performance tuning and monitoring in MAWM.
